I enjoy this product. I am not a huge person to begin with so losing weight has not happend for me, however I have noticed my skin is firmer and people think I look 10 years younger than my age. I would like to lose 5 pounds and I am hoping that this will do it for me. thanks marci

I am always skeptical of products that make claims that seem too good to be true.

Due to health problems, my weight had rocketed up to 294 pounds from my normal 160 to 170 pounds about 5 years ago. Diets did not seem to help much, and my physical limitations due to a spinal column injury limited the amount and quality of my exercise.

Even prescription diet pills did not seem to be an answer since they conflicted with the medications that I was already taking.

Sleep n Get Slim sounded like a long shot, but the next step for me was lap band surgery and I was willing to try one more product before taking the radical route.

Starting at 294, in just one month I am down to 271. I realize that the first 10 pounds are usually the easiest. But I am still satisfied with 23 pounds in the first month.

If I can stay on a track of 15 pounds a month with your product, then I will indeed be a happy camper.

I am turning 60 yrs. old this year. I had hormone replacement for 5 years and I could not stop gaining weight. Once I was done with the hormones I could not lose the weight not matter what I did. I heard the commercials for this product on the radio and felt it was worth a try mainly because it was a healthy natural product.
I have taken it for two months and I have lost 10 lbs, but more important than that I feel great. I am very pleased with the product and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a natural way to lose weight and feel great at the same time.

Sleep and Get Slim	April 14, 2008

This is my 2nd time of taking Sleep & Get Slim. I took it for 2 months in liquid b4 switching to pills. I wanted to lose weight. I ordered 1 bottle of pills, took about half of the pills, b4 stopping due to no weight loss. I forgot I still had them until Jan, 08, I saw the half full bottle & decided to try it again. What I noticed this time was a vast improvement in my quality of sleep & my energy level. I plan to stay on S&GS just for that! April is my 3rd month on S&GS. My clothes fit better. I also exercise 3 to 4 days a week & eat healthy along with taking S&GS nightly. But again, even without weight loss, I love it for the good night's sleep I get! Thanks for making this product & making it available. I am menopausal & have taken a prescription HRT for 9 years. I plan talking with my doctor at my next annual to get off of them. At that time I plan to try your Menopause Solution. Hopefully any menopausal symptoms will be alleviated by your products. Thanks again!
